I read this on the Cinema5D forum. "You can use autofocus but it's the contrast-detect kind, it's slow, and if it has difficulties focusing (dark subject), it will temporaily overexpose your video, try to lock on something, and get back to normal exposure. In a word : don't use it!"

You can only shoot full HD (1080p) videos up to 4 gigabytes at a time, which translates into approximately 12 minutes. This is because all digital cameras use Microsoft's FAT32 format which can only handle files up to 4GB even though you can use 32GB cards

Brian, the Nano Flash seems to be the main high capacity storage device I've seen people using with these cameras. http://www.nanoflash.net/nanoflash

I used a Sennheiser wireless lav connected to the H4N. I went this route so I would have more control over the recording and monitoring of my audio. I used the camera mic audio as a backup. I'm doing another shoot this week and can't wait to experiment with some different lenses and dof stuff.

I've yet to shoot any green screen footage but just finished my first 2 cam shoot with 7Ds. Recorded the audio on a Zoom H4n. The cost and results of the 7D are tough to beat. I look forward to shooting more and not using my other cameras.

We've had similar experiences using haze at my church. I've actually heard of one person leaving the church because of it. We've made a good effort to find a balance but some people are just looking for something to complain about.

So do you script out the different camera shots before hand then just go through it shot by shot when directing live? At 2:12 someone was talking about reading the shot list.
