Mr. Poitier reminds me of Morgan Freeman. Both are incredible actors even in the worst roles.

I've said this before in another post about Mr. Freeman, and the same hold true for Mr. Poitier; and that is if Sidney played a shower curtain reading a phone book for 2 hours, I would have no problem paying $10 for a ticket to watch him do so.

Agree 100%. Someone get in touch with Greg or Andy and make it happen.

Thanks as always Zo. I would hate to see you give up on your music and doing this, and it has been mentioned before, but I really wish you'd consider running for office.

Also, I have to agree with some of the others... I love the new intro.

No real response from me since it's obvious everything has been said that needs to be said. Just saying I love the nik and wish I had thought of it first.

Hoping "your" Dr. Girlfriend does not have a deeper voice than you.

Continued rant from above...

"Gatlin is less optimistic that his latest album, an homage to Johnny Cash called “Pilgrimage,” will get the radio airplay it deserves."

Maybe Mr. Gatlin could try and write something a country audience would enjoy hearing. What was the Gatlin Brother's (or Mr. Gatlin's) last hit? All the Gold in California? Tip for Mr. Gatlin: Stop with the "best of CDs" and "reunion" tours and trying to become the next Rodgers and Hammerstein, and get to writing music the public will want to purchase and listen to. More power to him for doing what he does since a musical or play of any kind is a great undertaking, but I have no sympathy for him or his product if he, or anyone else that is over-the-hill at 35 years old can't find an audience for his or her work.

"With the exception of George Strait and Reba McEntire, country radio stations routinely ignore singers over the age of 35."

Huh? What about Toby Keith, Clint Black, Dixie Chicks (not so much now...), Mark Chestnut, Brooks and Dunn, Alan Jackson, Randy Travis, Kenny Chesney, or Darius Rucker just to name a few? Granted, the teen queens and grunge-looking bands rule the roost in country music, but the singers I mentioned above are hardly banished from airplay.

Gives new meaning to the term off-off (and off-off-off-off-off-off-off ad nauseum) Broadway.

It's good to know 30 years into a post-apocalyptic world, as shown in the preview at 1:25, women can still get hair care and makeup products.

But, yeah, I'm still going to see it.

Love the show. Hate the time-slot. Would someone tell Fox there are many that would love to see this as an alternative to Letterman and Conan. How about going up against them for a few weeks? The 2-3 am slot is out for me. If nothing else, maybe Fox can offer some kind of discount coupon for the purchase of a DVR machine? Just a thought.

Some of the cable stations have come out with real winners recently, such as:

Rescue Me, Saving Grace, The Cleaner, Ad Men, Breaking Bad, and Men of a Certain Age... Just to name a few

For what it's worth, I would take any of the above over most of what the networks produce.
