What a puff piece. A credit granted for a hiring "now" means an employer must carry the cost until tax filing, and even then, the business has cash out hoping for customer demand. Obama's so-called jobs plan is really a campaign rally speech, one aimed at dividing America and demonizing Congress. We need an honest broker president and not one in bed with the worst of socialism.

Obama does have a "hate whitey / get whitey" complex (and so does his not-so-lovely bride). It's what he grew up learning (one can say even his mom hated mainstream whites).
