I AGREE! The constitution is easy to read, why isn't proposed legislation?

Require extended study of the founding fathers in public school.
Term limits
Constitutional 1 man + 1 woman = marriage ammendment.
DEFINE when life begins and a fetus becomes protected under the constitution, and make laws accordingly.

I took all 7 of mine to the last protest. One of my fondest memories is of my husband walking across the Lexington Green with our youngest son...could you imagine being the person who 'didn't' show up? How often do your kids get to witness history!! Check out this youtube video from President Reagan about teaching our kids about patriotism.

Give your kids a pitchfork or a rake...they will have a ball chanting, singing, saying the pledge, waving the flag....such a fantastic opportunity. Let them help make positive patriotic signs. They are so excited about the flag now, and my young teenagers now want to listen to talk radio....they feel involved...this is their future, and to see theri parents fight for it, is a priceless opportunity. (IMO!)

If you are closer to Salem, they had over 600 people at the 9-12 project party, so I imagine their tea party will be larger than Portlands. We're hoping for 600 or so. The following Saturday will be another in Vancouver.

We are expecting a big turnout in Portland! There was one with about 100 people in attendance on Feb 27, and we had no problems whatsoever. Mostly, people looked a little shocked and somewhat confused. ;-)
3-5:45 pm will be a demonstration/protest outside of the main post office on April 15th. We will then march through town to pioneer square at 6pm for a rally with speakers, music and a tea dumping ceremony. Also doing a canned food drive. :) Your wife can feel safe. I took my 7 kids downtown with me for the last one, and the worst we saw was an anti Obama sign from one of our own protestors.

Glen is right. This is nothing but a smokescreen to keep us from the real news about the Feds decision to purchase our own treasuries.

How many more times can the president insult our troops and the sacrifice they have made?
