If it looks like a gamble it means you do not know what you are doing. Just because e-trade and Schwab made executing trades cheap does not mean you know what you are doing by watching a little TV and reading the newspaper. Educate yourself and the market will start to look a lot less like a casino and more like a place to invest.

Either that or actually PAY someone that knows what they are doing to invest your money.

Since when is Wall Street supposed to be easy?

The 2001 internet bubble was the direct result of an entire country buying ridiculously priced stocks because they had no idea what they were doing. Wall Street did nothing but get short the home investors greed.

The last market crash was a direct result of the CRA and Fannie and Freddie stuffing Wall Street full of toxic paper - and then Wall Street finally puked.

Blame Wall Street all you want - without them you probably would not have a job, an iPod or a computer right now.

Be great if the 'hate Wall Street' crap the obamamoron keeps using to get votes actually gives way to intelligent thought.

I think Obama should get on TV and frown some more and say how unhappy he is, make a speech with no specifics that points fingers at everyone but himself and then the problem will go away.

Well if nothing else, our Incompetence In Chief knows how to sue people. Unfortunately leadership, managerial skills, intelligent decision making, economic understanding and basic decency are completely beyond his abilities.

Oh look - more dirty Chicago politics and lies. A broker/dealer is not compelled to tell clients if they are short any debt instruments. Did Goldman Sachs have a 'buy' recommendation on CDO's? If not, they are not acting illegally. More populist politics from a dirty politician.

Funny thing is that the clown in Iran, Abominable-jah, has totally played Obama and is probably smarter than Oblama. If I were a foreign leader I would be laughing at the current administration and know I could pretty much do anything. Takes about 5 minutes of thought to come up with a way to make Obama look like a fool.

That scumbag is responsible for his subordinates and knowing what is going on. He knew - how many other laws and ethics rules did he break? The guy is up on charges for just about everything except sex in public with Barney Frank.

Unbelievable this scum is tolerated by the Democrat Party. but then again, that is the party of the Meeple - they all stand for 'me' and how much they can get paid as they sell their influence to give our money away.

Obama is having a very bad day. His stunt backfired on him and everyone got to see him for the bullsh1t he shovels all day long.

This presidency is almost 100% finished. All he does is prove himself incompetent and goes against the will of the people.

I honestly think he is trying to destroy the country. If he is not he is the most incompetent politician in history.
