Sometimes those of us in Music Ministry on the local church level can get just a little bit complacent. What we're doing week to week and month to month seems to meet the needs of the people we worship with...but what about "growth" .....? We know that no matter where we are in our Christian walk, God is calling us to growth....so why do we assume that it's different for the technical aspects of our ministry? Am I a better musician now than I was 20-something years ago, or have I just learned a few (LOTS) more songs?
