And I know all too well about what you're talking about. It's kinda like telling yourself to just fake it till you make it but actually you're full of doubt and fear and running up your debt.

Thanks for visiting. Seriously the best thing for not getting sick is to build up your immunity system as david Wolfe suggests. You did watch the video i hope. David has been my coach and I tooo Haven\'t had a sick day for a long time.
What we eat is the biggest factor that contributes to our health. Processed foods are what are causing more illnesses these days.

The phrase alone \"work hard\" makes it sound like a curse. Speak to people that have made a lot of money - a lot of them diodn\'t sweat it out - they just did what they loved like computer programming, singing, writing etc.

About being camera shy. Initially I was very embarrassed to sit in front of my camera but you get the hang of it. Just talk to your camera like you would to your friend. I found that works best.
