It all makes sense now. Thanks for enlightening us here. It's like a light bulb! Wow. That our husbands take our fear and in turn feel shame. What a powerful thought. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with so many of us.

I love this!! "it's ok to be moved by someone eles's passion until you find your own!"". I'm going to use that! What great words. Love that you so passionately encourage others to live life differently!

Oh Nancy! I confess to being one of those "Martha Stewart Troops" but I on the other hand also work while 95% of my girlfriends stay home with their kiddos. So there is also that same sense of questioning my "differences" when I compare myself to OTHER moms. I work not because I have to necessarily but because I want to, actually I love what I do. So does that make me less of a mother, less of a PRV31 wife? "When we depend on others or the world as the source of our identity, we become like a chameleon – changeable and suggestible, depending on who or what we are looking to." Well I can say that is not me. I want to live my life REAL, the way God made me...not being who I think others think I should be. I love this article today. It just confirms for me that when we listen, even when it's thru DIB, God is reminding us He made us just the way we are...now hold please while I google a donut recipe, as I am very intriged by that!

Wow! If you were to write a part 4 I would call it Living it out! You two have done an amazing job here telling the story of hurt, trial and forgiveness! The blessing I see in your story is that you get to live your life together now! So many couples don't make it thru this and they miss out on the true meaning of love, forgiveness and life altogether. I pray your message here that after the fire comes such a sweet blessing is clear. You are doing a good thing! Total agreement with Rebecca in that I see the beginnings of a ministry. And in this past year of preparedness from us praying over you before that first article posted, God has been doing His work in you to take you and Rob to that next level! So much love and respect for you both! Hugs.

WOW! Kelli you "kicked" the nail in the head here. Nice work. I love how in reality we hardly even remember our lives before our children graced us. And the same holds true with Christ. God does not dwell on who we were or what we did in the past but He sees us as He designed us to be. Love you and LOVE this my friend. Many prayers for you, Bill and the family today.

Oh Pam, This is so amazing. Thanks for being my "Central Message" of Christmas this year. What a beautiful reminder of the true meaning of giving. You have inspired me that giving from the heart is the meaning of life not just Christmas. Love and blessings to you. R

This is emotionally moving and spiritually encouraging. We are not what we come from but who He sees us as. Thanks for a glimpse of our reflection thru His eyes.

Amazing! Thanks so much for sharing your road to victory with us! You are touching so many lives with the story of your life. I love your writing and you have touched my heart. It is so awesome the way God changes our perspective and the story we tell turns into true ministry. Thx!!

I am reading this while my boys have legos, cars, puzzles and dinosaurs spead all over the house. And boy oh boy does it hit home! Thanks for offering such a great perspective. I too want my kids to feel comfortable being themselves, playing and enjoying our "home" and I too have entertained the idea of picking up and moving in order to be more organized. Truth is we can make our home happy and ours no matter what the furnitrue is or the address on the street. I loved this post today. Keeping your eye on the right ball! Thanks, R
