I for one have spent money on poster board, markers, duct tape, wooden stakes, will have to fill up 2 gas tanks(to haul all my kids to one event), of course the teenagers want to take their friends also. We chose a tea party an hour away instead of the local one as we are hoping there will be a much bigger crowd because it is being held at the original London Bridge..& I know I'll have to purchase a cooler full of drinks & snacks to go plus stop for dinner on the way home (In & Out Burger here we come) So yes we are stimulating the economy in our own small way considering we haven't spent one extra dime for the last 3-4 months that we didn't absolutely have to.
