Yes, but that doesn't follow the narrative. Stop making sense!
Seriously though, I can't help but think that there is a much larger plan in motion. Not sure what it is, but watch the other hand.

Well stated. I am considering closing my business for the very reason you mentioned and the potential tax increase coming my way.

I do find it interesting that there is so much mis-information in the press. For example everyone making over $250K being considered rich. They do not seem to understand the tax implications for those of us that own an S-Corporation. I am incentivized (paying a lower tax rate) to NOT expand my business, hence NOT hire new employees that would be required to perform work associated with an expanded work load. In other words, if I keep my net at $249,999.99 or below, I will avoid a tax increase. Go figure.

Someone please tell me that my friends here on the BG site understand how "companies/corporations" work.

The fact is that I own an S-Corporation and WILL NOT hire anyone until I understand the implications that are a result of this administration.

With an S-Corporation all revenue minus deductions (Balance of dollars left in the company banking account) is distributed on the shareholders and is included on their personal income tax return --- so I am considered rich (over $250K) even though I intended to use the money to hire another employee to increase future revenue. In 2011 it is not gonna happen. I will not help with stimulating the economy AND will reduce my revenue in 2011 if my incentive is to just pay higher taxes. Sorry.

Here let me fix this for Dick.

"I am furious that my opponent has misinterpreted my statements. This is nothing but a right wing, racist smear campaign, so let me be clear - I absolutely did not accept PAC or special interest money while I was an attorney general while serving in Vietnam during the war".

Yep. My first thought when I read the article was "better watch the other hand", but considering Kudlow;s acceptance of Barney's deception I knew what the other hand was doing.

You are an asshole. MM is making an attempt to make good on his mortgage and avoid foreclosure. Great to see that your life decisions have worked out so much better ............ oh wait............. never mind...... MM can live through a foreclosure, but you can not live through being an unsympathetic idiot.
