This is all thanks to religious extremism. More and more Muslims are now glorifying violence and murder justified by religion. Malaysia is on the way to becoming Syria, and exporter of fighters for ISIS.

Haha, this IGP is very funny. If the Sedition Act could be used to arrest religious extremists, then it could work. But all the Sedition Act had been used for is to arrest peaceful people who criticises UMNO, while leaving dangerous religious extremists like Ibrahim Ali alone. You think Malaysians don't know what you people are up to?

Has this Chief Justice been living under a rock? "...undermines the confidence of the public in this institution ..." Does he really believe the rakyat still trusted the judiciary even before this article? He must really think the rakyat are blind and gullible? I think everybody knows that the judiciary is NOT neutral, and has become UMNO's stooges. Even pro-BN people knows that, but of course they wouldn't complain about it.

What would have caused Zahid to defend Phua? There needs to be an investigation into the connections between Zahid and Phua. Sweeping this under the rug will not work. The rakyat are not stupid.

Is this Islam? To trick poor illiterate villagers just to boost their numbers? Is this what Islam is all about?

Waythamoorthy is right. Those five men are innocent. Because they have not been found guilty. For all we know they are just scapegoats who were provided by gangsters to corrupted police. Judging by the police's track record, I have difficulty believing they are able to track down the suspects so fast.

Waythamoorthy is off to a good start, but so far it is all just talk. It is ineffective if he cannot follow up the case with action.

It does sound strange why 'wedding photograpghers' would 'test' their plane in a restricted area where they needed to sign up with the guards, and most of their photos were of Wee's house. I wouldn't be surprised if other MCA members paid those two men for spying. In fact, it sounds like exactly what MCA politicians would do for power and money.

It is their freedom to choose who they want. But in the end, it will be the rakyat who are watching them and judging them.

NO, just no. UMNO must be uprooted for true reform. Both Pak Lah and Najib had been trying to reform, but could not due to old UMNO warlords who are deeprooted in corruption. The only way for true reform is a clean slate, by completely uprooting UMNO and their cronies from Putrajaya. Pakatan joining hands with a government synonymous with corruption, is a complete betrayal to the rakyat.

Keeping track of residents in the villages is important, and should be continued to be done regularly, not just once only because of recent events.

There is a Kampung DAP DAP there? Nice. I'd like to live in Kampung Ice Box too.
