I think getting a speeding ticket in the car is the ultimate compliment. Unfortunately it isn't the same sort of compliment to your driving record. I think I feel a traffic school post coming soon to www.hooniverse.com

For you guys in California, check this out (you can race NASCAR drivers at Fast Lap!):

Kyle Busch, Scott Speed and Joey Logano will all be at Fast Lap Indoor Kart Racing in Mira Loma to raise money for the Kyle Busch Foundation on October 9th, starting at 7pm. Fast Lap will host a race off, with the winning drivers qualifying to race with NASCAR's finest drivers! All participants will receive autographed items and drivers who qualify for the feature race will have the opportunity to get a picture with Kyle!

The first 75 racers to sign-up will have a chance to race with Kyle, Scott and Joey. All participants will get an autographed goodie to take home. Remember this is for the Kyle Busch Foundation so your money will be well spent! Seats will be limited and is first come first served, here at Fast Lap Mira Loma. Call Lew at 310-753-0955

How cool is that!?

Jeff. Thanks for the comments, which LeMons team are you with?

I really like the open discussion and debate on different Racer Boy topics and encourage people to give their feelings and passion for their sport. If you think the mileage a race puts on a car is way different than I have stated, let us all know so we can each benefit.

DISCLAIMER: I didn't want anyone to confuse me with "Racerb" and his comments, which I appreciate and actually agree with, however I just didn't want anyone to believe I had posted that comment, (I'll rarely comment since you guys have already had to endure 2,500 words of my endless dribble). Racerb and Racer_Boy -Rob Krider, are two different folks (with apparently the same passions).

With that lengthy and ridiculous political statement now stated. Let the bench racing continue.
