If what you say about the new album is true, then I am truly excited for it. I wouldn't have cared if they had gone the hard rock/metal road, as I enjoy pretty much any kind of rock music you throw at me. I also didn't know that they gained fans with Minutes. I was under the impression that they had lost quite a lot, which made me sad since I have been a fan since the first EP, because most of the ones walking away were the ones that had been with them for so long. If they gained fans, I suppose that is a good thing, though I would like to think they didn't change purely for that reason. I would love to see this next album be more experimental though. Percussion, in my opinion, is the life force of a band, and the more from Rob the better.

I know many people who share your point of view, but I was excited to see them try something new with Minutes to Midnight. The older albums were what I loved in middle/high school, but a formula only works for so long. Minutes to Midnight showed them trying to branch out. It worked for me, it didn't for you, and it didn't for a lot of others. I for one would rather see them fail trying something new then keep giving me the same thing. I hope the new album, and I guess I don't really need to hope because they have basically confirmed it with this song, is more like Minutes.

"Realistic" is a completely subjective term, so saying 24 cannot be realistic is not only ignorant but just plain wrong.

As a longtime fan of the show, I sincerely hope that they are able to realize the goal they are setting for themselves. I think it is much-needed and will be welcomed by most fans.

Taken is not a buy at all. Neeson is awesome but the entire thing is ludicrous. It is no better than a bad episode of 24. Skip it completely and watch a Bourne movie.

I am feeling the same way. I doubt they will keep the acrobatic feats from the game.

"Sounds reasonable, if you agree with Chud’s supposition that V didn’t end up looking rather cheap, which I don’t. It was the last film of cinematographer Adrian Biddle before his untimely death and I was always sad he didn’t go out riding on a higher wave. Maybe my familiarity with so many of the faces and textures on display helped the whole thing seem so… televisual." You can always tell when you are reading a Brendon Connelly article...

The existence of Jesus Christ has been more or less proved by historical documents. It's his divinity that isn't, and can't, be proved. And hardly any religious group would look further than the title "The Christ Must Die" before they decided to be pissed.

I don't think this would be very offensive to Christians. Obviously, if Nazi Zombies are trying to prevent Christ from being born, our protagonist is the kid in the manger. Of course, they could do plenty with the idea that we have no idea about at the moment., I think this sounds like a fantastic idea. Here's hoping someone has the guts to fund it.

You probably won't like the show if you think people merely discussing the possibilities of how we got here is some kind of "influence".
