Bush 43 made several, but none who'd been rejected (effectively) by filibuster; he appointed those whose nominations never even came to the floor for a vote.

But, I say go for it; it will just hasten the end more quickly. Businesses will ignore NLRB decisions and directives, and what will Congress do? Nothing. Nothing they can do.

Republican CANDIDATES are not trailing the Demcrooks in the slightest. The Republican Committees might be, but that's because people like me will never donate another cent to them after the NY-23 fiasco. Money now goes directly to deserving candidates.

You are correct that left/right doesn't work for the country. Instead we have left/right for both parties.

Consider each as a line; there are left-wing Dems (libs) and right-wing Dems (cons), just as there are left-wing Reps (libs) and right-wing Reps (cons).

If you understand where the "wing" comes from, and what it represents, it makes more sense.

But to bucket all Dems as left-wing and all Reps as right-wing is the sham you describe.
