Untitled : Who fancies some Strawberry and Cream?

They don't look like a credible web shop to me. I didn't read your post in detail, so it actually took me a while to understand what is the website about (i think only after I looked at the 4th or 5th directory I saw prices on the right). I think they will die with such web-design. I would rewamp the design of the website completely (first of all, it takes ages to load with all those pictures). They should get more sleek and web-shop looking feeling if they want to sell stuff. Where is search on the front page? Categories are certainly creative, but not clear. I like the idea though, I'm sure they'll have the market.

Yep, I thought - why don't we do an AdWords strategy for LBS as part of the course - and well, then I realised that LBS is not a start up. I think the idea about strategy is really good! :)

Outside Twitter, people usually say that their Twitter name is @twittername. If your audience doesn't know what Twitter is (like in a newspaper), people usually say: twitter.com/twittername. The names don't contain @ signs, no. Read more about different tags on twitter here.

Well, there is already a MVNO working on this principle: http://www.blyk.co.uk/ They've started completely free (ad-funded), and now they are giving you £15 and then ask to put some money in.

Qusai's Blog : What are you doing right now?

I will give you a very easy example on how Twitter search helped me: Last Sunday I wrote a blogpost about my experience with G1 and I wanted to find out what were the news about Android on the World Mobile Congress (WMC) in Barcelona. I searched Google and the results there were not 'new' enough. So I searched twitter and found a lot of real-time people's experience regarding Android, Symbian, Windows Mobile, etc at the WMC and a couple of links to very good blogposts about it!

Regarding the pain of getting your parcel delivered when you're not here: if your shop uses Royal Mail, then the postman leaves you a note that you can pick up your parcel at the nearest post office. They still don't work Sundays, but one can easily pick it up on Saturday - I think this is great about UK&Royal Mail!

Same with Scotland. I think they have 4 banks that can print their own version of the Scottish pound - and they are all different, this is amazing :) In England only Bank of England can do this. I wonder why Scotland has so many banks printing their own money?
