She did it in a public forum in an attempt to show disdain for the army or to show a non existant lack of respect on the generals part. If it truly bothered her she could have easily done this out of the public view. Instead she wanted to make it a spectacle and it backfired.

In case any of you haven't noticed the current administration has postured themselves as to not look like they are picking on any Muslims in even the slightest way. Being as though they control the Attorney General and the IRS, I don't think a damn thing is going to happen to CAIR even if they have concrete proof. Maybe slap a couple of hands but that is it. What I really feel sorry for is all the time and hard work the investigators will put in being wasted.

If a media person was taped without his/hers knowledge it's a simple process to initiate a criminal investigation for the violation of the statute. How come none of them did this?

I am a retired officer and now an Investigative consultant. A lot of departments would not have even taken a report as no crime has been committed. If the Acorn RP would have pushed for it then they would have got the whole smash of a criminal investigation where everybody gets interviewed. I would love to talk to the officer who took the report as he/she would have many additional details such as: How much did they push for this to be documented in a report? What was their demeaner at the scene? Why did you you wait so long to report it? making it almost impossible to make contact with the alleged disturbing parties, Who are all of the witnesses? What was said? What provoked the problem? Was something said or done that initiated all of this? Most officers know when somebody wants or demands a report their is a good chance they are the ones that instigated the event? Oh, one last question. Did they ask at the scene if and when a copy would be available?

And what about NASA still refusing to turn over gobal warming data for two years on a on a freedon of information act filing. It's interesting NASA has altered some of their numbers here and there since the filing but still hasn't turned over the full information. It's just like Michael Crichton said: If it is such concrete science then why do they have to lie and hide information about it. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/dec/03/r... I included the bit about NASA because one of Greg's guests on Red Eye decided the use NASA as the end all to the science when it flat isn't true. Remember for weeks when NASA scientists said a piece of foam couldn't possibly crash a space shuttle. Whoops took an outsider to figure that one out too. Simply put, NASA pushes the global Warming because it is one of the only ways they can get money right now.

I was in Japan working (I am an Investigator) for a couple of weeks and my japanese colleagues kept asking me if I was going to visit Hiroshima and frankly it was bugging me. So, while on the train with them next to me telling me we would be close by Hiroshima for a visit I asked if there were any memorials on site for the million or two Chinese that were slaughtered. While my wife was kicking me I continued by telling them more people were killed in a single fire bombing before the A-Bombs were used. Any Memorials for that? No? I finished by telling them America was on to them for using Hiroshima victim status to deflect the thousand times over horrors they inflicted on the world during world war two. Nope, I don't get hired for any work over there anymore but I felt much better.

Thanks for the video my friend. Funny as hell. It capitalizes on how a conspiricy belief forms. All amplified and skewed motives but absolutely no evidence or science to match the event. And that is how they all fall apart.

Okay. He didn't like the prop 8 issue with the church and was pretty particular about the abuses to his wife and her parents. Does Scientology also teach you to sit on your fricken hands for years while you watch them treat your wife like shit? What the hell took you so long? What the hell kind of man are you?

Wow. Is this the same "large" group of engineers that said a piece of foam could not have damaged the space shuttle. Or the same group of scientists that had proof a fourth shot at the JFK assassination and on and on and on. No sorry I don't need to look at a wack job web page. I am an investigative consultant for a living and see this kind of aberrant thinking from self professed forensic experts all the time for a living. Take your cause to a courtroom or STFU.
