Good point. A fence is much better for that area. Last year we had a coyote live in our back yard during a brutal winter. I was in contact with two wildlife centers in our area. Both informed me that healthy coyotes are timid and fearful animals. This male coyotoe never bothered our large dogs. He was misplaced due to the extreme weather. Through further research I learned that a very hungry coyote or pack of coyotes will go after small animals including cats and small dogs. It is unusual for them to go after any animal their size or larger.
I vote for both dogs and cats. I am also a lover of all animals. Our pets are a huge part of our family and household. Our cats are just as loyal and social as our dogs are. We also foster dogs and cats for several rescue organizations in our county. I think the BC would be a wonderful home to both indoor cats and dogs with a wireless fence.

I like the pictures you posted of the guys taking pictures, and of course you relaxing! I just noticed we don't have access to the LiveCam anymore. The "Goodbye" sign is a nice farewell from the crew. We'll be waiting patiently these next several weeks until we can see all the pictures and virtual tours of the house.
