Give up on this one and believe this guy has images of children, don't worry about how its reported, the judge is a goose but he wont have given this guy Home D for a few " pink" pictures of a 18 year od

Dave, objectionable material in New Zealand, is, kids, urination etc,, if you read the papers, most child porn possessors have been getting fines for a few images,, this guy, get Home D which is a step up.

.. There was nothing accidental about this guy, forget the tech worries and concentrate on the judgement it is awful. For the judge ( no capitals) to say, no one in new Zealand was affected is just disgusting, thats what this is about.

Dave' read the article, there were 25 charges of possessing, how many images, not known, the bad charge was one of distrbuting material i.e sharing it with others, so he knew what he was doing.......... the laws not sticky mate................................

A Massey University student who accidentally shot a friend while out hunting possums has escaped conviction in what a judge called a unique and unprecedented case.
Judge Grant Fraser also prohibited publication of the student's name when he appeared before him in Palmerston North District Court on Friday......
He added that publication of the defendant's name would hamper his ability to "move forward" and would impact on his rehabilitation..

Judge Fraser's your man if you want to move forward and get with the rehabilitating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The judge is just a fucking lair if he thinks its not protecting a priviledged position
