At least 15 states now have legislation on their books for strictly documented with supporting documentation eligibility laws, in various stages of passage. At some point, I will switch my primary focus to drafting model legislation for the several states, to include state verification of the parties’ nominees. For now, I want to use existing laws. After all, this is why we enacted them!

As a former Chicagoan I must say: Law and Order coming back in in the state of Illinois? I think too many eyes of the nation are on this, so if they were smart they would not play cute anymore with the law(s)-WE THE PEOPLE are so onto the games not all but most. Obama's South Side of Chicago Cook County is the Cesspool of Corruption-has been so forever-I hope the decent, law-abiding folks who live there will finally be liberated from the tyranny of corruption: One of the highest murder rates in the nation, drug violence, every vice know to man.

As a former Dem now Tea Party due to election frauds Obama/DNC 08 I agree with you completely this insane faction of what is remaining of the Democrat party makes up Constitutional Law as they go along and if all else fails lie, lie, lie-I can't wait until 12 so we can vote the remainder of the idiot thieves corrupted members OUT. I think the Republicans are doing a very good job in allowing these idiots to hang themselves and boy are they doing so in spades. Slow and steady wins the race. Thank God for Andrew Breitbart he's doing an even better job. I can't wait for a few more surprises from Speaker Boehner (I'm from the mid-west too) he couldn't have liked to have his intelligence insulted by Pelosi for these past years, and I love Andrew's serial investigative reports.

Coming from the suburbs of Chicago where our company had a very representative group of Americans I can say that in regard to the so-called N-WORD those who were of dark complexion used that word (to death) 100 times to once for the fair complected group-intimidation we just walked away from those who talked and acted like idiots. N-WORD,B-WORD, H-WORD-beyond boring years ago, just GROSS. This N-WORD nonsense mercifully has lost 99 per cent of its power to intimidate. N-WORD not really a word, but the Letter Word-racist doesn't work to well either, most normal Americans have good manners and good sense, it's the 1 per cent who create division who attempt to "rally the base", same garbage some tried to pull in Chicago during the perpetual riots, same tactics different day.

These poor people are used by the politicians as a advertising gimmick to steal Federal, State, and Local taxes. How very sick and cruel, the murder rate on Obama's South Side is one of the highest in the nation. Frauds, extortion, intimidation, crime-20 years a slum lord "community organizer" and he got progressively worse, the statics should bear this out.
