Feel like I have been punched in the stomach. We have lost a true American hero and we will miss him so much. I pray for him and his family.
Sun Power was just given a 1.2 billion loan guarantee courtesy of the taxpayer. Their 3rd quarter results just came (SPWRA) out and it doesn't look good. Obama and his Department of Energy did this in plain sight and there wasn't anything done to try to stop it. This is madness!
I am in the construction supply business and it is dismal for us and almost all of my customers. Across the street we have a recycling plant and a port a potty company. The recycling plant used to run 18 hours a day and now they often let their employees leave by noon. Proof to me that people are buying less and have less packaging to throw out. I notice that even my own trash cans are only half full. A couple of years ago they were overflowing! The port a potty place used to have trucks loaded with 10-12 of the blue convenience stations coming and going all day long. Now they go out with only 2 or three just a couple of times a day. Both of these are low tech businesses but I believe that the low tech basic businesses are the true bellwether of any sign of recovery. Obama and his lot can't fool me.
Supporting our US soccer team is one of the most patriotic things a sports fan can do! Our National Teams proudly represents our country and our flag. People who don't think that this is an American sport don't know the difference between the National Team and MLS. Yes. I'm a proud soccer mom and a patriot!
Sounds like Obama wants Hillary out of the way. Discredit her and she won't pose a threat in 2012.
Maybe there will be a sequel that asks "who in the room is not voting for Obama"? That would secure his chances in 2012!

I'm so angry at seeing those "Reinvestment and Recovery Act" signs along the road. I was told that there is no limit to how long they can remain after the project is finished. Just another Obama campaign sign paid for by our tax dollars. Subliminal advertising at least. Then there are all of those PSAs that he is "starring" in that pop up on the television when you least expect it! I'm beginning to have a flight / fight feeling every time I hear him speak. I want to wake up from this bad dream. This is a bad dream, isn't it?
USA to win today and Mexico to get their butts kicked tomorrow!
Americans just need to give soccer a chance. I'm not into MLS but I do Love our U.S. Team! Soccer is not as commercial as other American sports and the players need to be hella fit in order to play for 45 min. without stopping. As a national team, these players represent our country and we can all be proud of their skill. It's such a thrill when the US whomps Mexico! It doesn't hurt that Landon Donovan's such a hunk!
