I hear ya Josh. I happily sat in my seat at the game last night, surrounded by at least 5 Yankees fans on all sides. All that mattered was the final result. Now I'm just hoping that we can take at least one of the next two and pull off the series win.

I keep seeing all of these things about the Red Sox scouting Francoeur and I just can't figure out why they'd want another outfielder. They've got Ellsbury, Drew and Bay and already have Kotsay sitting on the bench. I don't forsee them planning on moving Ellsbury or Bay anywhere, but the concept of trying to acquire another outfielder just doesn't make sense to me.

The sad thing is that I had the exact same conspiracy theory. I'm looking forward to Hanson's debut. He'll get knocked around and have some rough times without a doubt, but it's time to start grooming him to be the pitcher of the future that we're hoping for.

Understandable. I'm not too sure about that all really. Maybe we'll get an updated report from the doctors at some point. I just hope that they can get something figured out for Mac.

On the bright side though, Ross is a much better backup catcher than we've had in recent history.
