This player looks like a reach for the beavs. Maybe he can contribute in a few years but not in the near future. There was a good tight end from Portland, Jacob Wark who committed to Cal. Why can't the beavs get local kids. The better Oregon players are not signing with OSU this year even with a winning record.

According to the Oregonian, Embry was dismissed from the team on Jan. 8 which is 2 weeks before the alledged theft. Also there is some interesting information on the Rob Beard assault in that the attacker who has been caught by the police may have also been a high school teammate of the fraternity person making the theft accusation. Seems kind of fishy doesn't it.
