Mexico will continue to be corrupt as long as it's women and mothers make a joke of beating and threatening their children with physical punishment. I find it very encouraging that even with the current system of medical cannabis in California and the aggression of the federal police against the different cannabis testing agencies that many customers will still pay the premium for a tested product. This is just a glimpse into the possibilities of a self regulating freed market in recreational drugs. I do wish cannabis legalization would bring the price down so that even more customers could rationalize the costs of testing.

JWH-13 the chemical used in the manufacture of spice was created to study the medical effects of cannabinoids in US research. The only reason this chemical and "spice" exists is the cops at the DEA continue to veto any medical research into the actual chemicals from the cannabis plant. Cannabis and the drug war against cannabis is their reason for being. If cannabis is legalized the DEA gets a budget cut of 50% and 50% less employees and accompanying toys.

I have family in the area as well. They are always using their Disney annual passes and I get the same reports from them. Wow, I never would have thought Brazil. I guess getting off foreign oil did wonders for their economy.
