Dead on regarding inflation...probably even worse than 6%.

I went shopping for Superbowl snacks today. Insane!

Small bag of ruffles chips: $5
30oz jar of mayonnaise: $4
4 pack of butter: $4

All the referenced prices were significantly higher than just a year or two ago. Pisses me off!

I've always liked JoPa...but the fact he didn't perform the due diligence of ensuring Sandusky was questioned/arrested was just too much to me.

If I were in his shoes, and heard what he apparently heard (that little boys were being raped by one of my coaches) I would have scorched the earth to make sure the situation was handled.

It seems pretty clear he passed a hot potato on to the next guy, in the hopes they would "deal with it".

Where did you get the information regarding unfunded liabilities? I'd like to see it.

I've seen our unfunded liability #'s before, but as a whole they were in the $100 trillion range...not what I'm seeing in your post. Absolutely insane numbers!
