Thanks for updating the post with EFF chair Brad Templeton's video. It was taken down with many others and is now back up, as he successfully protested. I've reffered several people to the video who are lucky enough to still have their's up.

I agree that the Downfall videos should be counted as parodies. There is absolutely a paper-thin justification for their removal, and it's a pretty bonehead business move to take down all that free advertising. Of course, they do have an email address listed on their website as zentrale@constantin-film.de
