It's a show cause hearing, not a trial, he sent his mouthpiece and the phoney "certified" copy of his (so called) birth certificate. It will be interesting to see what the judge rules. I hope they do keep him off the ballot. It would force the DemoNrat "drones" to write him in if there was a DemoNrat ballot al all, but I suppose there may be some State and local races!

Yes indeed, whatta concept!! I use my credit wisely, pay my credit card bills IN FULL every month. Government lectures the private citizen on being financially responsible.....after the horse is out of the barn of course. Now government wants the taxpayer to "bail them out" of their intemperate spending sprees with more of our tax money. I want to see them not only freeze federal employee pay but axe a few government agencies that have no good reason to exist. TVA, established in the 30s as a rural electrification project........The Energy department, established under Carter to reduce dependence on foreign oil (that's a failure, get rid of it)....and the Education Dept(?) hello, every state has a Dept of Education, just another redundancy with taxpayer money going back and forth between the Fed and the States, shrinking in both directions!
Oh please, Pelosi has made HERSELF a lightening rod with her outrageous pronouncements. She stumbled all over herself trying to explain that she knew NOTHING about (so called) torture techniques when it was obvious to everyone but people with blinders and earmuffs on that she had certainly been briefed. Then of course there was the infamous, "We have to pass the bill so you can see what's in it." concerning the spurious tax bill mistakenly misnamed as a "healthcare" bill! Incompetence on parade.
