Like many here, I did not know her personally but admired her as a blogger. The loss of a member of what is really quite a small community is always devastating, my deepest condolences to those she left behind, and may she rest in peace.

Looks interesting! I'm always looking for stuff that can help me make nice things in sculpt form. Took some NCI classes in Rokuro, Tokoroten and SculptyPaint, for the most part ScultpyPaint is beyond me. I can make rocks, and those random flowers! :D Archipelis looks fun.

I'm probably just a bitch but - this series of articles seems very much sort of..."explaining the joke", y'know?

Delightfully written though :D

Yeah, if Lily Allen were an actual chav, the town I live in would be far more stylish and pleasant :D

That said, nice look. :D

I adore SL baby pictures! :D I particularly enjoy seeing how people's looks have evolved and yet stayed the same over time. Also, dude, the way we all thought we were so hot. Oh my no. :D

I adore pose props. :D

And I have to agree with you, the Skipping Stones hunt was fantastic, as far as gridwide hunts go, the best in my memory. And while I'm not anti-cheatsheet at all, I found that was that hunt, I didn't really /need/ one. There were hints given on the website, which in itself I found thoroughly helpful, and I don't recall anyone being too much of an asshole in regards to hiding their stone 'really well'.
Besides that, almost everything from Skipping Stones was in my opinion, a 'keeper', which is rare rare rare. And, I didn't find myself at (say) number 50, groaning because I was only an 8th of the way through. Manageable, helpful, and good quality, that's what made that hunt stand out for me in particular. :D
