The largest month of casualties in the Afghanistan War occurred in October of this year. Bush ran that war for 8 years and yet in less than one this clown is losing it. Did Obama ever serve in the military? Don't tell me there weren't opportunities to join. You don't need to have a war to join the military. Apparently it was a big issue for Bush who actually DID serve, but not a peep about Obama having never served.

Oh and when a Muslim soldier murders 13 soldiers, don't you dare jump to conclusions. Just never mind that jump Obama made with the white officer and black professor though... nothing to see here sheep uh er I mean folks... keep on moving.

What are you going to do when the government tells you you cannot have a procedure? At least with the private insurers we can shame them into acting with publicity. Government cannot be shamed into acting.

As a singer the guy totally sucks. I bet those that were there mostly did not notice as you'd have to be brain dead on drugs just to stand his screeching.

He makes fingers on a chalkboard sound melodic.

This is not the same as auto insurance. I can choose whether or not to drive and thus not pay auto insurance. And the mandate to buy auto insurance has never been taken ot the supreme court, so that presumption that it is constitutional is false as it has never been tested. Finally, the penality for not having auto insurance is a misdemeanor and will not reault in jail time unlike this monstrosity Pelosicare bill.

See this is how the liberals are dishonest. Yes, there is nowhere in the text of HR3962 EH that says you will go to jail HOWEVER it does contain section 59B that imposes a fine that if you don't pay that fine, then you will go to jail. It is a dishonest lie to say that you cannot go to jail for not buying the health insurance because it sets up a penalty for which the punishment is jail time. The specifically engineered it this way to make you face jail time for not buying their insurance.

To recap, HR 3962 imposes a fine of 2.5% of your adjusted gross income for not buying the insurance they mandate and if you do not pay that fine, then the IRS law (section 7201 see link) forces you to go to jail.

SEC. 59B. TAX ON INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE.

`(a) Tax Imposed- In the case of any individual who does not meet the requirements of subsection (d) at any time during the taxable year, there is hereby imposed a tax equal to 2.5 percent of the excess of--

`(1) the taxpayer's modified adjusted gross income for the taxable year, over

`(2) the amount of gross income specified in section 6012(a)(1) with respect to the taxpayer.

Folks, read the bill yourself.

The house passed bill:

And the IR regulations that send you to jail:

<a href="http://trac.syr.edu/laws/26/26USC07201.html" target="_blank">http://trac.syr.edu/laws/26/26USC07201.html

Sec. 7201. Attempt to evade or defeat tax

STATUTE

Any person who willfully attempts in any manner to evade or
defeat any tax imposed by this title or the payment thereof shall,
in addition to other penalties provided by law, be guilty of a
felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than
$100,000 ($500,000 in the case of a corporation), or imprisoned not
more than 5 years, or both, together with the costs of prosecution.

Liberals are masters of the ad hominem attack. They'd focus every ounce of their lapdog media attention on the people and not the message, basic Alinskyite socialist tactixs 101.

Funny how the liberal biased media refuses to follow the money of the George Soros front groups.
