well, i would have thought they'd have to prove it was her, to charge her. But I'm not fully up on the crown's rules used in Canada. (that's why photo tickets here, don't go on your record, just the car's registration)

You're just bringing up untried theories. We need effective solutions that nuture the criminals back to productive lives. I say we give them free food, and housing in a special gang area, where they can have a job, and a work out room. It would be cool too, if we could have them all wear the same clothes.

It's already illegal to shoot people, it's already illegal to streetrace, and it's already illegal to have loaded guns in cars. So unabated is the wrong word

(except for CPL holders and Police)

I think we should have another law that the criminals can break, because these three didn't stop them, so if we just had one more.

It is only insurance. you decide how big the risk is, and how much you want to place on the police, if something should ever happen.

Do you whine about other people buying umbrella insurance because you don't? Are you asking where did umbrella insurance ever save anyone? I haven't read about it saving anyone's house lately.

lastly, the Marysville guy is,a police officer, so he's sort of on call at any time, and he may be a target from others he's arrested or convicted, so he has even more risk when he gets his milk.

which is kinda silly, doctors carry insurance, if the guild/union wants to protect them, they should use some of those union dues to pay for "JBT" insurance, or the officers pay for their own. I think it's inappropriate to let some crappy cops behavior, waste tax dollars.

this would have a good effect, because it would mean that the Police would lose their jobs, if they didn't follow the laws themselves.

well, many people have commented on gun forums, that there is some defacto link between the guns they purchased, (from an FFL) and those the police think they have.

So I would expect that had the guy bought a gun in WA from a FFL, and if he had a CPL, the DOL check would have brought that gun up. (if he was allowed to have one)
