This is such a relevant topic for me. I emailed a professor of Women's Studies that I had at university to ask her what she thought about this issue having been part of the feminist movement and a long-time hater of all things monotheistic. I thought she might have an interesting take on the situation.

I emailed her in February, still no response. Nice. Way to stand up for your "sisters" Ann. I'll be at the gun club with my real friends if you change your mind. Humph.
