How is the Dream home cooled? Is it a swamp cooler?
Does it have city water or a well?
It looks like it has solar panels, yes? and for heating, electricity or water heater or both?

[kitchen, I think I would just get lost in the tile work and never cook!--I also love the Sub Zero appliances!]

I read about the builder having a lien on the property for $300K, is that still valid?

How many homes are in the development?
Is there an Association and Association monthly fee?

Any answers would be appreciated. I love the Dream Home and even more so since it is in NM. Land of Enchantment.

anyone know how you can ask questions to get answered on the HGTV Dream home?
I'm new to this blogging, and whatever this typing deal is? eek! I've never read some many instructions that don't tell me anything about working it.
