The mass layoffs are not, in any way, the fault of the school district as the civil rights group claims, or the fault of the elitist teachers, or the scumbags who primarily attend the schools in inner-city L.A.. All the fault rests entirely on the Bush administration. People please, as a country we will not be able to sit down and hack out any kind of solutions to any problems, until we all agree that Communism rocks and everything that goes wrong is BUSH'S FAULT! So, if most the teachers who start in the inner-city schools transfer to safer schools asap, this leaves nothing but noobs teaching in inner-city schools, and as I just stated in a union the noobs are the first to go when the lay off comes.
