To really solve this problem we must make it a felony for hiring illegals. These are the ones who enable these criminaliens to gain a foothold on US soil. A complete town by town state to state crackdown of the employers who hire illegals of any race white,black,or Hispanic ect. One warning only second offense 5yrs mandatory for the crime of U.S. Labor Law Violations. Do this and you would see the illegals return to Latin America ect by the Millions. The good law abiding unemployed LEGAL Americans would soon find their jobs open up again as a result. We owe these folks nothing. O.K. gchrv, First off quit bringing the old Jewish persecution card into this. Rubashkin IS guilty as charged and in the real world you pay for your crimes whether you are white,black,yellow purple or Jewish. He has that edge as a Jewish person of right of return to Israel and if he did run and he of course would seeing as how he IS going to die in prison he would have nothing to lose by running. He had his trial thus far and IS guilty as charged. He does not deserve to be set free just because he is Jewish and has friends with deep pockets. The justice served in this matter should be served to ALL EMPLOYERS of ILLEGAL ALIENS. I dont fault anyone who respects our country and goes through the process and finds a better life .
