The people are frustrated and angry... not the protestors but the citizens of the US. We cannot force the people really responsible for the economic crash to be held responsible and kicked out of office... the establishment political classes that control BOTH parties and their money and influence and power pick and choose the candidates they want most of the time and it is done behind closed doors and we never know what the candidates REALLY believe or have done because they manipulate the media and the candiate into saying what they want.
Another thought... any politician bashing the protestors or saying that they might need to be forceably removed, is someone who is against free speech.
Here is my thinking on these protests against wall street. Dems and Repubs ALL made the rules for Wall street and banks. They merely played within the rules and found loopholes within those rules, AND they have high dollar lobbyists to help them form the rules for their own game. There was NO oversight and what little came out in the early 2000s from Bush and McCain, maybe 2003ish warning about the housing market/fannie and freddie collapsing our entire economy, but this was ignored by both sides of the political aisle.
So I am happy that people are protesting the blatant greed that wall street ceos and boards exhibited at the expense of the people who were using the markets for a retirement or investment. CEOs STILL got paid millions and billions for RUINING their corporations and ruining the lives of investors. HOWEVER, if they are going to protest logically, then they must also protest the politicians who allowed and assisted in the economic crash.... one cannot be separated from the other.
communism and the communists have been attacking the weak minded people in our nation since the very early 1900s, using popular media people and liberals with their socialist leanings, to attempt to push the communist agenda. One of their first attacks was against our schools and since the 1920s or so, and with the colusion of BIG MODERN Union and their thugs, the teachers have been coerced into intentional or unintentional assistance of the communist/socialst/marxist, progressive indoctrination of our school text books and children. I hate conspiracy theories, BUT if you read history and have read documents released from Russia/USSR or whatever you want to call it and read our history, and view the teachers unions today (All unions today) you cannot help but see that the progressive agenda is part/parcel of the communist agenda. They either doing it on purpose, knowingly undermining the US's constitution OR they are extremely stupid and unable to think for their selves.

In the days of the American Revolution, our forefathers probably felt the same way when they first protested the unfair taxation from Britain. However, they sacrificed their time and even their livelyhoods to fight for the eventual freedom of our country. We have to start somewhere. We started on Tax day 2009! We have to expect that those that are not conservative and those in the liberal media will attack us, try to ignore us, discourage us in the hopes we will soon run out of steam. I have to say that I agree with this: We need to get organized, at local,state and National levels and we need to do it now.

You speak true! All people who have served, should be honored for that service. However, because of the service of all of our military members throughout our history, not all and not even the majority have to serve in our military. This is what makes our military so great, it is and has been mostly volunteers.
I do have to say that it would be a good tool and a worthy training mechanism IF all politicians were required to go through Basic training as an elisted person and serve for a minimum of 2 years. This would give them true respect for the backbone of our military and of our nation. Nothing against officers, but it is the enlisted members who truly understand the meaning of sacrifice of life for our nation.
Read the 10th amendment of the US Constitution. Then search the internet for 10th amendment resolutions that are currently being attempted or that have already been accomplished by the various states. It lists the exact responsibilities that the US Government should be managing, some of which they manage very poorly.
We need to get back to the constitutional boundaries that our founding fathers so intelligently described and implemented.
Guilt is a powerful tool. Extremist and radical groups from the left and the right utilize this tool to control the herd's thought process. Sometimes this can be used to make needed changes, but most often it is used to manipulate the majority into feeling guilty so as to allow a minority group to get a more socially accepted standared. Take the marriage issue for example. Brow beat, make people feel guilty and slowly people will allow changes simply because they are forced to feel guilty.
