Lockheed-Martin can not afford the F-22 showing what a waste of money the F-35 is... L-M has so many Pentagon beaurocrats on its under the table payroll, it is astounding. I had one of those 'crats fired and he may end up in prison.. he was at SAFIA making $150K UTT... I spoke with one of the 15 F-15 pilots that went up against 1 F-22 electronically.. All 15 F-15's were shot down... he told me that they could do nothing...can't shoot at what you can't see and the F-22 sees you at 30 miles... Shame on you L-M!!!!

It really does not have anything to do with what he produces.... He screwed himself when he announced his visit to Pakistan.... We need to see his Passport!!!! He did not travel on a US passport then and he is not an american now!!!!

I forgot to mention!! I am 13 pages into a paper entitled, "Is Obama a Sleeper Agent".... I think that he is but I have not discovered yet who for.... But it begs to question, why, out of all the African American students in the US, did Sheik Al Monsour, who has been tied to funding terrorists, pay his tuition at Harvard?????

I don't care if he was born in the back yard of my parent's home in NY... when he went to Pakistan, in his own words in is first book, he has convicted himself... I say this why??? I was working for the "Agency" back then and I tried, with a US passport and papers that qualified me, and that was late Aug or early Sept. 1980... at tat time NO US PASSPORT was allowed into Pakistan.... so the question is: Under what Passport was he travelling????? Not US so what??? Kenyan??? Indonesian???? What ever??? He was not a US Citizen then and he is not one now!!!!!

By the way, the Rights will be made retro-active back to the day they were captured.... NOT ARRESTED!!!! And quuite frankly, they did not commit their crimes in the US... The plotted their crimes in Afghanistan or Pakistan so just that does not put them in the US Federal court..... They are no different than a Gestapo Agent that we captured in France after D-Day!!!!! The only right that they have is the Right to DIE!!!!!

Are we surprised???? Holder got the release of Puerto rican terrorists... He wants to have KSM tried in a civilian court and grant him full constitutional rights... those rights will be bestowed on KSM and his buddies and then the ACLU lawyers will move for Dismissal of all charges because all of those Constitutional Right were violated.... That is their game and their End Play...If KSM and his buddies are given Constitutional Rights they will walk free!!!

Obama accuses the Republicans of stating that the take over of health care is a Bolshevik Plot???? Someone needs to remind the "Liar in Chief" of Vladimir Lenin's many time statement: "The takeover of a country's health care system is the "Keystone in the Arch of Socialism"..... Therefore, their rights were violated. Plus, all the other arguments about waterboarding (I have experienced it), etc....Defense will file a motion to dismiss all charges. I guarantee that Holder is going to make sure that the judge that gets the case will be the most liberal in the Southern District and guess what??? He will dismiss all charges ergo, KSM and the others will go free!!! That is what Obama and his left wing loons want. There is no "War on Terror" nor "acts of Terrorism" according to the Obama administration. The "poor little terrorists that have had so much harm done to them by the US" That is what Obama believes!!!!!

Mr. McCarthy's article was absolutely on target. As was the edtorial on NRO. However, I sent a letter to the editors at NRO as follows: Part 1

Gentlemen,

Both the Editorial and Andy McCarthy's piece are absolutely correct. However, call me cynical (it comes from 16 years as an independent contractor for the CIA) I think it actually goes deeper than just a desire to spread classified info and intelligence gathering methods over the airwaves. Try this on for size. If Obama and Holder really wanted to bring KSM and the others to justice, which in my book means a firing squad. They would have let them plead guilty and taken them outside of GITMO and executed them. I don't think that is what Obama wants. The defense is going to argue that since they are now in a civilian court, all of the constitutional rights, granted to even a foreigner arrested in NYC for mass murder, should have been given from the beginning to KSM and the others. See Part 2
