On the Victor Charlie level, after you set the C4 charges, and blow them up you're going to make your way towards the water again. An anti aircraft gun will be blasting into the sky and a shit ton of VC's will be shooting at you from that area. Look on the ground for a launcher in gold and thats the Grim Reaper.

Here's the sad thing NASA is working on forcefields, which if successful they will be able to use it in conjunction with a light saber to stabilize the laser...I totally just sounded like a nerd.
