I love how commercials these days are going with the horror theme, I've seen some with zombies, and then the scariest, the capital one ad depicting a world with multiple Alec Baldwins.
I think extreme parents period cause it.. Almost every person I knew growing up that turned out gay was the kid of a religious fanatic.
Most of those movies were great, just can't believe they included 'The American", what a boring useless waste of space that movie was.

So basically you are admitting they already know what it means, so how is seeing it on TV damaging exactly? I knew ahead of time Madonna was going to be the performer, I knew MIA would be joining her and from that I was able to come to the conclusion that I don't care to watch the half time show, thus I did not. Anyone who went into a Madonna performance willingly and then wants to complain about something that was crude, gets no sympathy for me, that's how personal responsibility works.
Children don't know what a middle finger is and in all that dance routine they would not have noticed nor thought a single thing of it, until mommy gasped with shock and made a federal case out it... then they wonder what all the fuss is about.
You tell me, were they damaged by it? or did you just explain to them that the person on TV was a classless, tasteless idiot who they should never aim to be like, I expect that from a political ideology that I share that we want smaller, limited government that you would be less likely to whine that some government agency did not protect you from a middle finger. I'm not condoning what she did, I just think the shock and awe some people have is beyond over the top.
You tell me, were they hurt? did you have to get them therapy? or did you just turn to them and explain to them that this woman is everything you just told me she was.. I'm not arguing that she is a classless twit, and to be honest I wish the superbowl would stop choosing it's halftime show as if it's target audience were 13 year old gay males.... but basically you are coming to a site as a supposed free market, limited government, self reliant individual and bitching that a government agency needs to step in and protect us from middle fingers... it's time to grow up.
Or people could just grow up and realize that not a single soul was harmed or scarred by seeing a middle finger on television.
Much like the Janet Jackson Episode, mother covers the eyes of the breast feeding child so it does not see a tit.
I don't blindly believe anything, there not being a gay gene, what does that mean exactly? obviously there is no gene as it's not passed on from generation to generation being they don't have children. There are quite a few viable explanations ranging from hormone levels of the mother to early life traumatic experiences, the fact is they do not choose to be gay. So if you want to take your scientific knowledge to the test with what the bible says, what do we do about Hermaphrodites? did they choose to be born between sexes? would it only be biblical for them to hook up with other hermaphrodites?
