I know how you feel!

There are a few grim stories on there too but they can be easily avoided if you just want the lighter hearted stuff (which I think they do best)

Steven, apologies, you're right - that was a schoolboy error on my part. Article links have now been reinstated, and thanks for providing links in the meantime, much appreciated.

I was also waiting for this to appear and am also disappointed - no sharing option and no "all items" could be a dealbreaker for me. On the plus side sending to twitter sounds great and the ability to easily star an item is good as it annoys me in google's own web app when I have to scroll back to the top of each article to star it.

Will probably download it too, though can see myself having to test out the others mentioned here too!

I'm not sure that gmail push notifications are good for my mental health, given the amount of email I get! Though then again I do check it about every minute or so anyway :)

da Swede, yes it did crash for me today, as I said it can be buggy and there are a few major drawbacks, particularly as Steve says, that it doesn't work in the background.

Since I wrote the above I've noticed a few more annoyances - if I want to pause the music I'm listening to I still instinctively use the pause button on my headphones but of course this doesn't work with Spotify and just starts the iPod up. Also the iPod has mysteriously started playing a few times immediately after closing the Spotify app.

Ultimately though I am willing to pay the subscription and forgive the obvious flaws because it has given me access to so much extra music that I probably would never get round to buying or going to the hassle of illegally downloading.
