<description>great post John.  i must say - i have never been a fan of the whole auto-follow system - although I do see how some can find great purpose in it. I&amp;#039;ve kinda taking a (if-i-wouldn&amp;#039;t-follow-you-in-person / i-probably-wouldn&amp;#039;t-follow-you-on-online) kind of approach since using Twitter.  it helps me lower my level of information overload - and make sure that wherever i am - i can make sure i&amp;#039;m present.  thx again...and yes, i&amp;#039;ll still be following you.</description>

While there are many who I value as leaders - the truth is I just can&amp;#039;t possibly follow that many people and believe that I am bringing them any value as a number / and vice-versa.
