Let's see, why, when there are so many other things that they should be focused on, would lawmakers spend their time on something this trivial? Answer, their buddies in Hollywood that give so much to their funds complain about their already big pockets hurting, so they complain to the lawmakers and they shut them down. It all comes down to the money trail.
lmao, that would be hilarious. Have a bunch of feminin gay guys in hot pants, prancing around in front of one of the most intolerant people in the world.
Exactly. Thats one of the biggest problems in the western world now a days, everybody wants to demand something for free instead of EARNING it. Hillary and Dilma want concessions for women just for being women and then talk about equality. News flash for them, if it only benefits a certain group of people, then its not equal. Their whole argument is pointless. It's like if i went to the bank and DEMANDED $10 million cuz i was born in September and I feel that the Sept babies are discriminated against.
"It's not going to be sufficient for us just to keep on doing the same things we've been doing and expect somehow that things are going to work themselves out.
That's the same thing he said 2 years ago while campaigning, and I'll bet it will be the same next year when he campaigns again. Can this guy do anything besides talk and place blame?..........oh yea he can golf.
But wait, I thought that Gore bought that big new mansion on the coast of where ever to show that climate change is real when his house floods? Hopefully with him inside it
Whats funny, and proof that the liberal greenies are taking over, is that a few years ago i saw a special about the camels in the outback and they were talking about how they aren't native to Australia but they have been there so long that they see them as part of their culture. No where in the special did they say anything about them being destructive (since they live where almost nothing else can), and they never said anything about their gas release. I guess culture is only as good as the gas that come from their........u get the point. lol
and i agree with you, i dont discount anyone's opinion as any less than my own, i look at it as exactly what it is a difference of opinion. I usually dont get involved in discussions like this because of the fact you pointed out, most people feel like their opinion is the right one and will talk down to whoever doesn't agree with them. I just jumped in with my reply when i saw the poster i responded to was so smugly self sure that he/she decided to lash out, and i didn't argue anybody's belief system, i responded to the scientific part of the arguement.
what you said is true and it goes both ways, religious people feel that their veiw of God and faith is better, and secular people feel their veiw of science is better than religion. for some reason there is no middle ground when it comes to the 2 (for the most part)
good point!!!!!!! now go find a science book and look up the difference between a law and a theory, as in the big bang THEORY. Laws have been proven, a theory, though they may have been tested, has yet to be proven infalible, thats why its called a theory and not a law. They have yet to replicate the big bang theory in any conditions so its still believed by faith, not truth
So you mean to tell me that a man with a life span of maybe 100 years, if lucky, can tell me indisputably what happened BILLIONS of years ago, before the first man walked the Earth (according to science) and way before the first records were kept? And believing what he says is not faith? I'm not a religious fanatic that blocks out all other explanations but people kill me who talk down to someone for having faith in a diety (whether real or not) yet they will believe another person that has no more of an idea about what happened millions of years ago much less billions of years, than I do. It's all faith, its just directed in different directions.
If she tried they would probably click off and say they are 'experiencing technical difficulties and will be back on the air shortly', while they try to find another story to take people's attention off it.
