Looks like Democrats are stealthily preparing for yet another industry power grab to wreck yet another branch of small business in an already hemorrhaging economy. I do not know if there are enough liberal Republicans in the House to get this sort of supposedly "feelgood" act through, but vampires hate sunlight and this needs to be out in the open. Who even knew about the Food Act before they rammed it through in the lame duck session?

I sincerely hope someone here at Big Journalism takes this on and gets this out in the open before it makes its way through the House, because it needs someone who's not afraid of the liberal ACORN-like activists who are behind this Act.
