Anyway, The increased DPS is always going to be good, but rather than spending a few thousand gold every time I get a few new peices of armor. Now if you have it don't get me wrong, go for it, but when you don't you need to prioritize which gems and socket bonuses your going to go with for maximizing DPS, for the least cost.
P.S.- Still wondering why Blizzard hasn't instilled Epic Meta Gems into the game?

Not that anything is really wrong with this one it would just be cool to get a new design. Maybe an interactive backround? Or customizable to the readers. Just throwing out a few suggestins.

For 1 the innervate CD is going to make it a much more Viable spell and not such a last resort.
I read in the Druid Q&A they said that they find Boomkins good DPS, but they do not have enough survivability, something I agree with very much. Don't get me wrong I usually top the DPS Charts, in the top 5 for healing, but I also lead in deaths, my strategy is more of a suicide run, able to kill a few people and then getting ganked. (Ill talk about how I work it more in a later post)
So a little more survivability would be a very nice tihng to see in the near future, but the Patch Notes have yet to say anything about it.

The New CD's on eclipse are not quite as complicated as they seem. Right now I like to switch between proccing each eclipse and seeing which does more damage, but this way you find a way to maxamize your damage. What is going to change about your spell rotation (ignoring DoT refreshing) is that you are going to be proccing each CD individually, as in now they are on the same timer. So what you are going to want to do is start out the fight using either Wrath or Starfire (Whichever you prefer) and cast until Eclipse procs. Once it procs cast the spell that it procced for and keep casting, cast until eclipse ends and then continue to cast until it procs for themoppositte spell. They have done this so that Eclipse can proc more often, and it puts them on 2 different CD's. This allows you to hit harder longer. A nice change to Eclipse.
As for your post I commented on about using Owlkin Frenzy I forgot about the new proc that they are giving it. If you really wantd to use it for PvE (though even with this new proc it is probably not intended to do so) This would be a safe choice to take points out of Mana Regen to put in there. It makes these talents a much safer chance to spend talents in. The new Replenishment change will also help make Owlkin Frenzy more PvE freindly.
As for the new Conquest badge Ideas I tihnk that they went overboard by giving even heroic dungeons able to drop them. I would prefer that at least only 10 man, if not 25 drop them. They are hard to aquire, yet they give the best gear out right now. They are making it easier for people that do not play as much to be just as geared as us that do. I do not like the Idea and I bet within 3 months of releasing 3.2 they will put out a patch fixing this.
Overall I am excited for 3.2, the new dungeon has alot of rewards for how easy it apparently is.

SBF Fixek that Aura bug, and still saves alot of space on your screen.
Also, if anyone knows an addon simply for removing Blizzards Player frame in the upper left had corner of the screen, I would love to know. My UI is almost just how I want it but my player frame is preventing me from putting my minimap, buffs and Grid Frame in desired places.

I cannot say how much Satrina buff Frames has helped me. A simple addon that is infinitly customizable. It makes buff and debuffs much smaller so that you have more room on the screen, and don't you hate that pesky paladin giving everyone crusader? Or how about the mage not giving Focus Magice to the right target. You can with SBF see who's buff it is by mousing over the buff on you or your target.
