That's exactly right, it takes power from the state! If more programs like this were offered or existed and democrats went out of their way to get rid of them, then urban communities would wake up in a hurry! There is a huge opportunity in inner city communities for programs like this. If conservatives, libertarians or republicans could get their sh%t together and offer more alternatives like school choice vouchers to urban communities it would show they care (or we care, especially if it's done charitably), and when the left goes after programs like school choice vouchers for elimination they show their hand.

No, I'm advocating that illegals shouldn't be above the law because they're illegal. Illegal immigrants rights shouldn't supercede legal citizens rights period
Ok so what if I get stopped and have a license, my car is a luxury because i'm a legal citizen?? My suggestion to all Californians would be not to have a license, if you have a license lose it, don't renew it. It's only fair right?
