actually criminal... so far the only charge that was brought up was "entering fedreral property under false pretenses." and I'm not sure if they can get that one to stick on O'Keefe, as he stated exactly why he was there.

He might get caught on conspiracy for wiretapping, but that'll be harder to prove.

This is going to be a wait and see story.

Slow down Indy... Scott is a "short term" answer against ObamaCare.. he's still a "big govt. spender".. I have no idea how he's going to vote now he's a US Senator, but his state voting record wasn't exactly stellar.

Actually, I can name one fruit loop who DID mention the "Teabagging" label... Olby.
It was so much fun watching his head explode, and then he tried to push his "apology" through (which included the teabagging label), it was actually HYSTERICAL.

Personally, I think NBC has the perfect body already able to take his place : Conan!!! Can you see Conan doing political schtick for MSNBC? :)

Beta, look at it this way, Brown is a "win in the short run" candidate.. which is what conservatives want. I do agree that I have no faith in Brown beyond his promising to block ObamaCare... other than that, I see him as a Snowe/Collins/McCain "compassionate conservative".

If we don't survive in the short-run, the long run could be that much worse.

But considering it's Massachusetts, it's the best that Republicans are going to get.

This is one reason I had to laugh about the "attack column" about Brown not getting SarahPAC support.. because he's not (by terms of his voting record) a pure conservative candidate.

I'm disappointed that so many people who vowed to support ONLY 'tea party" candidates are jumping on hte Brown bandwagon, but I understand why they are.. because the alternative is so much worse. (and Joe Kennedy appears to sound TOO much like Ron Paul for Republican/Conservatives to like).

Btw... is everyone ignoring the other 'foot in mouth' part of the quote? It's a two-fer foot in mouth interview.. yes, there's the attack on Catholics, but then ther'es the attack on EVERYONE who exercises their religious preferences..

Martha Coakley: (……uh, eh…um..) The law says that people are allowed to have that.

So the law says we're allowed religious freedom? I didn't know that fell under legal guidelines, i thought that came under Constitutional rights (and common sense?)

I agree with you about the part that theyve been invented by Laurel... as for perfected.. I dunno, I'd have to really think about that one. (of course, I side with anyone who takes A&C over L&H [but I enjoy both]...

The general gag of Lou winning and losing a fortune on a roulette wheel in Lost in Alaska was absolutely golden.

Bud: How'd you do?
(Lou looks over at the croupier): Eh, lost a dollar.

Considered by many to be a sub-standard movie, but that scene and the scene where they sleep in "2-hour shifts" had me rollin' in stitches. You get those moments in any A&C movie, even the ones that aren't up to their usual standard.

Where as when I see a L&H that doesn't grab me, there's nothing in it that grabs me at all.

We're in trouble, CD.. cause we're in agreement too :)

Personally i thought Raimi's 1 and 2 were nearly perfectly done (although I never liked KD as Mary Jane), Spidey 3 was just 'off' for various reasons, but an acceptable continuation of the series.. and I still think Maguire was the perfect parker/spidey character.

I'm not a fan of the idea of rebooting this series of movies..
