How nice ... another place for the advantaged, spoiled children to show off in front in front of children who aren't advantaged and don't have their own horse, and therefore won't get to ride. What a way to spend the taxpayers money.

Chances are he just didn't want to give his parents phone number because he didn't want to get in trouble. I knew my phone number by 7, as do all the 7 year old I know.

It's laughable that you wanna leave because this "backwards" town that doesn't like shoplifting and criminal activity in children. Please feel free to move to a place where youth crime is encouraged so you will be more comfortable!

7 year olds with mental disorders shouldn't be running the streets unsupervised with no one but other children to watch them. Social services needs to be called in.

Excuses, excuses ... lots of kids lost parents in Iraq, and they aren't running the streets unsupervised or shoplifting. If Mom can't supervise them, she needs to give them up or lock the doors when shes sleeping.
