Nice headline WoodTV- Nevertheless, when will people learn that not everything percieved as bad that happens to you is actionable in court and take some personal responsibility- I am glad that the Judge saw through this nonsense and dismissed the case.

Something is not right with this story- how do you forget a 3 month old in your car for 8 hours? What was the mother doing for these 8 hours? Why did the Mother scream for assistance and not try to help the baby herself or call 911 herself? Way to many unanswered questions.

The man crashed his motercycle, fled the scene, lied to police about his cycle being stolen and was still drunk the following day and he was being "persecuted" by the Muskegon political machine? I dont get it.
