Job well done! I find the price very reasonable for a 22-year old, who turned out to be the best of Seria A in the past season. I'm sure it's just a question of time (1 year) before we have to caugh up the remaining 11.5m in variables. I'm guessing it's just a question of the amount of matches he gets in La Liga and CL, or does anyone know the exact details? Most importantly we only need to pay 26m now, which leaves a lot of room for buying Cesc or potentially someone else. Bear in mind also a total income of around 15m alone on selling Bojan and Oriol, and Jeffren is also on his way out. Sanchez will be an important player for the upcoming season, and even more important for Barca's future (especially when Villa turns grey). I need to praise Rosell, Zubi and co. I think the President has proven that he runs the club very serious, professional and financially clever. We have not paid overprice like we have done in the past with Laporta as president. Don't get me wrong, I love Laporta, but I feel that the club is run much more professionally today

Always nice to hear a story like this, that Cesc is willing to say goodbye to several millions. It reminds me of Mascherano, am pretty sure he was paid a huge wage at Liverpool but was willing to live with much less in order to play for Barca...

Don't understand why Evra, Schweinsteiger and Villa made it in the starting 11. - Evra has really not had his best season. Abidal has by far been the best left back in the world for the past year. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a Barca supporter. And there could be others as well that has done a better job than Evra. - Schweinsteiger has been really good, but would not recommend him as part of the threesome with Xavi and Iniesta. Why not pick a player like Essien for instance. - Villa has for sure had a great season, but don't think he has been strong enough to be part of the best 11.

I'm so sick and tired of all you guys (probably 4 out of 5) who starts criticising as soon as the results are not coming. I bet that 1½ week ago, when we won at the Bernabeu, none of you were criticising Peps tactics, or any of the players' performance. But now suddenly Pep is to be blamed for everything and certain players need to leave the club. We played a bad game tonight and on Saturday, yes correct. But are we still in the running of winning The Double this season? Yes! Do we still have a very good chance of winning the La Liga? Oh yes! Can we still get in the final of Champions League played at the Bernabeu? Definitely! It will be very difficult, but not impossible at all. Especially not for Barca. We need Ibra, we need Keita, we need Pedro, we need Alves, we need Busquets... AND we need Pep (these are just some of those who have just been spoken of like they were a nobody and never did anything good for this wonderful club). What we DON’T need are all you fake fans who only ”support” ”your” team during the good times. You’ll probably all stay along if Barca either wins the La Liga or the Champions League title this season. Only one positive thing will come out of a summer without any trophies, and that is that all you fakes will stop ”supporting” Barca and leave to cheer on another club… let it be Real Madrid. I really don’t care.

you are pathetic... So Guardiola is only good at motivating? Right... And the game 1½ week ago against Real Madrid? No great tactics whatsoever? Or en the CL finale last year against Man Utd? There are plenty of more games where Pep shows his great tactictal ability. And it shouldn't surprise anyone, since he was also a very good tactician on the pitch. I hope Pep stays for years, just to annoy you and proove you wrong, which has basicaly already been done.
