WOW. Thats all I can say to you all. No he was not the registered owner of the car. Because we had just bought it and hadnt had the chance to register it yet. I was standing right there when he took out his hard earned money out of his wallet and handed it over. He had the title in his wallet. The past you are hearing about? All that HISTORY? That was what he was trying so hard to escape from. You dont know his heart. You dont know him. SO TAKE HIS NAME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH AND OFF YOUR FINGERTIPS YOU TYPE WITH. QUIT USING HIS NAME AS IF YOU KNEW HIM!!!!!! This was TOTALLY out of the blue that this had happened, and he had been doing GREAT!!!! School in the morning, work in the afternoon. And loving daddy and fiance at night in our home. Why this happened how it did none of us will ever know the real reason. All I know is his mp3 player was FILLED with christian and country music. His favorite book in the world was the word of God. Our whole relationship was based with our relationships with God and we prayed several times daily. Like I said, and have others. MISTAKE. He USED to be a criminal. When he was young and on drugs, yes. But that was not who he was ANYMORE. This was totally out of nowhere. A COMPLETE shock and surprise because he had been doing so well. If you knew his heart, and the amazing personality and love he held inside.. You would know why I am so passionate about it. That photo you've seen of him?? That was NOT him. It was, yes. But I NEVER seen that face. That was years ago. YEARS and yes he was on drugs then. Since that picture he found the LORD and had strong faith and loved him. At least I know he went to heaven. And you can say all the hurtful and crude things you're going to all you want. But you can NOT take that fact away from his family and I. I will pray for you. Sounds like MANY of YOU on here have tormented souls. Be it of drugs or not, you seem pretty tormented to me to be able to say those hurtful things to people who are already lost and confused and completely devastated by his death. You are all in my prayers. WOW. BY THE WAY.... He was AMERICAN 100% not a terrorist you twit. AND it was 5AM. THERE WERE NO BYSTANDERS TO BE IN DANGERS WAY.

Thank you so much... I have been praying for Josh as well.. I just can't bring myself to see him yet... Every time I head that way I chicken out... I really dont want to imagine how bad Armands body is, all alone out there in the river... We will continue to pray for Josh and I hope he comes out of this.

Hey Erin... I am so so so sorry that you have lost your big brother who you've looked up to and loved your whole 24 years of life. I bet you are all so confused over there, and just wanting him to be found. I am right with you. I love you guys. Simply because you are his family and he told me so so many stories about everyone and how much he loved and adored his siblings... His stories and feelings for you even made me love you guys. Even though everything was so new. I'd only met you all once the whole time we've been together since school & work got in the way for both of us. Just remember..... He is with you, everywhere. Ya know?? He's gonna be watching over you still. Seeing his adorable little nephew growing up, and his son going through life's challenges as he gets older... We're gonna find him and put him to rest. Just keep having faith. The Lord is amazing in his strength.

WELL... Just so you guys know.... These 2 were in this TOGETHER. They sat RIGHT there in front of the cop AT his window, and agreed to do what they did together. It was a mutual decision. Josh was not trying to stop him, he was right with him, as one of his best friends. THAT being said... You people are disgusting. Hypocritical. Like you can walk on water right?!
