/Film : CG Arnold Schwarzenegger Featured in New Terminator Salvation TV Spot

Yeah, but look at the CG. The pasted his body shoulders up on Roland Kisingers body and they clearly do not match perfectly. I didn't notice it when I saw the film, just in the picture at the top but now I see it. Arnold shouldn't be around yet. Alternate timeline or not.

Film School Rejects : Cameron Talks 'Avatar'... And Talks... And Talks

He shot that T2 battle scene in like 3 days on a soundstage and improvised pretty much everything it sounded like. Imagine, all the time, all the tech, and all the money that has been put into this movie. I cannot wait to see this epic mother of all battles. December is sooooooo far away.....

I completely agree, but somehow Kung Fu Panda swept ALL of those animation awards against Wall-E last year. Strange... And I thought Wall-E was the best film of last year. Better than Slumdog IMO

Film School Rejects : Why Universal Should Aim for R-Rating with 'Bruno'

haha sexual repression what a joke! ERoBB are you an American? Have you been to America? Are all of the 300 million Americans ignorant? Are only Americans ignorant? I find you ignorant for assuming that all Americans must be ignorant. And not wanting to watch two guys get it on is not sexual repression and unrest. Some people may find that uncomfortable to watch. That's fine. They don't have to watch it. Stop sounding like such a prick.

No offense to the UK, but the film has a higher probability of making more in the US than in the UK, so they want to play it in as many theaters in the US as possible. Now, that shouldn't stop them from releasing a harder version any where else but it might. I personally don't like the fact that I am restricted in what I am seeing, but until theater chains loosen up and give the people a chance to see a film the way the filmmaker intended it to be seen, we're going to have to deal with it. It's a compromise, and I believe that because they compromised on Borat and made it a success they were able to go ahead with Bruno which might be a little more raunchier. Maybe in a couple years the MPAA will get some sense and get off their high horse of dictating what Americans can see in a cinema. Its the same with the FCC who censor TV and I really, really hate censorship.

Yeah wth! I was going to go see Gran Torino, got to cause its Clints likely last acting role, and its playing absolutely NO WHERE by me... And the public's getting smart, remakes+crappy looking CGI+disaster film+Keanu Reeves=a waste of money in hard economic times. Its simple mathematics.

Film School Rejects : Michael Bay: No Transformers 2 Trailer Until February

I dont really agree. Sometimes that can be true, but Cloverfield's first teaser was about 7 months prior to its release and did a great job of getting people excited and The Dark Knights first teaser came out awhile before, but did not include any actual footage. For this Transformers 2 we pretty much know what to expect, explosions, robots fighting, hot girls, and awesomeness so a trailer isn't to necessary... And I really liked the Terminator trailer which really got me pumped

I agree it should be used sparingly and properly for the most part. I liked them in the bourne movies as well, but at parts in the third film I felt a little lost... As for QoS, haven't seen it and don't plan to until its on DVD

Film School Rejects : EXCL: Spielberg Confirmed for Tintin Next, Lincoln Shortly After

Finally! I can't wait for this Lincoln movie! Spielberg may still be directing Chicago right? I just checked Wikipedia and it didn't say he wasn't, but it also mentioned Ben Stiller as a possibility. WTF? Could be interesting if Stiller could direct a serious film... but I'd rather see Spielberg
