Hard on the heels of Franks announcement that he won't run for reelection the SEC starts going after the execs at Fannie and Freddie that Franks has been boosting and apologizing for.... for decades!

Obama, Holder, and U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke from Arizona should all go to prison for Negligent homicide by Depraved Indifference.

The left always ignores the unintended consequences of their actions. Brian Terry lost his life because these men ignored the potential of putting weapons into the hands of criminals

Evidently they were more concerned with taking guns away from law abiding Americans.

Hi Mark,
the 3/5's rule was about power politics. It only applied to the census and the apportionment of representatives in congress. If the slaves counted as full citizens the southern slave states would have been granted more seats in congress and therefore more power to block changing slavery laws.

The modern parallel to this is California and the large population of Illegal aliens. I have seen it claimed that if only legal persons (citizens or legal immigrants) that California would lose 17 of their congressional seats.

Mr Bever and his crew of corrupt Dem Activists in Journalist clothing should all be out on their A***s.

However we know that the people operating CBS (Communist Broadcast System) will never do it. They have no morals whatsoever. Any lie is ok with them as long as it advances the "progressive cause".

This case hard on the heals of the BS crowd estimates of yesterdays clown parade versus the restoing honor rally.

Real Clear Politics had an article yesterday that shows him down 5 among "registered voters". They point out that RV usually favors the Dims so it is probably more like down 8-9. We can all hope.

The coordinated sock puppets used here reminds me of the coordination between the media and the lefty bloggers filing the 18 fraudulent ethics complaints against Palin.
I get the impression that someone has written a sequel to "Rules for Radicals" instructing these scumbags how to operate a smear campaign.

Maybe when a few of them are charged with fraud and conspiracy they'll stop.

I have to agree with Hucbald. Obama is worse than Mr. D'Souza portrays. The article made no mention of communist pedophile Frank Marshall Davis, who was selected by Os grandfather to teach him how to be black.

It also ignores 20 years in the racist anti-American "church" of Jeremiah Wright, and his message of "black liberation".

The liberal dinosaur media lied, connived, and covered up the true nature of this man (and still do) to get him elected. His efforts to destroy the culture of this country have to be stopped and reversed.
